The Companies Regulation 2006 now requires all business emails to display their company name, registered address, company registration number and place of registration. Company websites are also affected and you must now ensure that at least one of your pages contains not only the information listed above for email compliance, but also a valid working email address and details of membership to any trade associations. If your company trades under a name other than its registered name then both must be visible with any VAT numbers displayed.
