Planning
Projects can often fail before they have even started without good planning.
Before we begin any website design project, research and planning is carried out to find out what you would like to achieve and what is required to make your website a success.
Dependent on the size of the project, a plan is produced including both timescales and pre-defined milestones.
The Design

As part of the design process we produce a number of concept designs for you to review and we don't begin the build until you are happy!
Testing & Launch
Everyday products are always tested before launch to the public and we test our websites rigorously prior to launch.
Prior to the website launch, the website is fully tested across all browsers and platforms including PC and Apple Mac, Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, Google Chrome and Opera. Should their be a requiremnet for mobile access to the website we will ensure it is also tetsed for mobile devices such as an iPhone or Blackberry.
Reporting
Measuring the success of your website can be carried out methods like traffic statistics to leads generated.
We utilise a number of methods to measure the success of a website. Google Analytics are used to show how people found your site, how they explored it and a lot more. Following research of this information, we can then improve your website as it can highlight weaker areas, and also utilise the stronger areas.
Ongoing Support
Once your website is completed and launched to the public, our involvement does not end there.
When the website goes live we don't treat it as "job done". We provide ongoing support for any of the systems we have delivered and always make ourselves available to discuss ideas and technology that could add further benefits to your website. Quarterly reviews of your website and its perfomance are used to identify areas which could be improved.
