Colour Blindness

As a famous singer once sang, “It don’t matter if your black or white”, but when its comes to your brand and its impact it certainly does, and black or white will no longer suffice.
With the recent rebrand for NOW Design, a lot of time was spent researching what makes an identity stand out. It’s all very easy to follow the trend, but to be unique is difficult.
Another common fault is trying to be too different. Overcomplicating a brand can be a fundamental mistake. If your trying to convey the company name in a logo and it is not legible, what hope have you got of someone remembering what it is!
